“Consolidating the Backups Month” continues as I unearth all sorts of Boston rock n’ roll ephemera from the archives. I’d almost forgotten about this bright little number, from New Year’s Eve 2004-2005. It was from a great little bar in Cambridge called The Overdraught, which is now Atwood’s; the headliner is, of course, the legendary Upper Crust. If you haven’t seen them, you’re missing out… powdered wigs, breeches, top coats, and AC/DC-esque rock n’ roll mayhem (but, you know…refined). The illustration is watercolor and ink on board, recolored digitally.
